Must formulate policies, negotiate contracts, & ensure quality materials. Must be able to maintain a purchasing budget & monitor/control purchases. Must be capable of observing market trends & determing economic feasability. Education Reguirements: BA in Economics or related field + 2 years of experience in purchasing or materials management.
